What types of events can be hosted at Trim 45?

Trim 45 is ideal for photo and video shoots, showrooms, birthday parties, small gatherings, meetings, and special events. The venue’s flexible setup allows for both private and professional occasions.

Can I rent just one room or the entire venue?

Yes! The 5,000 sq. ft. space is divided into three private rooms — Den Room A, B, and C — which can be booked individually or combined for larger setups.

What amenities and features are available?

Trim 45 offers 16.5-foot ceilings, 24,000 watts of power, and abundant natural light from north, east, and west exposures. It comes with complimentary photoshoot equipment, production supplies, and direct elevator access for easy load-in and load-out. The building is modern and ADA-friendly.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Yes. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Light food preparation is permitted on-site. Guests may bring beer, wine, and seltzers — however, liquor is not allowed in the venue.

What parking options are available?

Guests have several convenient parking options including:

  • Free onsite parking
  • Free street parking
  • Metered street parking
  • Nearby parking lot access

We recommend arriving early to secure your preferred parking spot.

Are there any host rules I should know?

General Rules:

  • All guests must follow NY Fire Department regulations.
  • No subletting or sharing the space with another company.
  • No bicycles are allowed inside the venue.
  • Please leave the space in the same condition you found it.

Furniture & Equipment:

  • All furniture and provided equipment should be treated with care.
  • Additional equipment must be returned in the same condition.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused during their use.

Please ask for assistance before:

  • Moving furniture
  • Turning on or changing air conditioners
  • Operating studio equipment

If any guest or group violates these terms, the venue owner reserves the right to evict the party without reimbursement.

Are children or minors allowed in the venue?

Yes — all ages are welcome at Trim 45. We encourage families and event planners to create inclusive, respectful, and enjoyable experiences for guests of all ages.
